To enrich employees’ lives and strengthen team cohesion, Derateck organized a three-day team-building trip to Tonglu from July 5 to July 7. With the theme \u201cUnited in Spirit, Together in Nature,\u201d the event took all staff members away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the breathtaking landscapes of Tonglu. There, they experienced the wonders of nature while embracing the spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Beyond rest and recreation, the journey also served as a meaningful occasion for deepening team culture and mutual connection.<\/p>\n

Dia 1: Partida para as montanhas - Come\u00e7a uma bela viagem<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

De manh\u00e3, o grupo partiu de Taicang e dirigiu-se para a primeira paragem: Chunjiang Sailing Scenic Area em Junshan, Tonglu. Risos e conversas preencheram a viagem, \u00e0 medida que as paisagens urbanas davam gradualmente lugar a colinas verdejantes e o ambiente se tornava mais descontra\u00eddo e alegre.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 tarde, todos embarcaram num barco para experimentar a beleza po\u00e9tica do rio primavera. Rodeados por montanhas pitorescas e \u00e1guas correntes, os membros da equipa mergulharam totalmente na tranquilidade da natureza. Nessa noite, o grupo instalou-se num hotel em Tonglu para descansar e recarregar baterias para o emocionante itiner\u00e1rio do dia seguinte.<\/p>\n

Dia 2: Na floresta - Refor\u00e7ar o esp\u00edrito de equipa<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

O segundo dia foi repleto de actividades, oferecendo uma experi\u00eancia refrescante para o corpo e para a mente.<\/p>\n

De manh\u00e3, o grupo explorou o Parque Florestal Nacional da Montanha Daqi, desfrutando de um passeio tranquilo pelos trilhos verdes da floresta. Respirando ar fresco e abrandando o ritmo, todos encontraram uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de calma e de liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a natureza. Seguiu-se uma visita a Yaolin Wonderland, uma espetacular gruta c\u00e1rsica repleta de forma\u00e7\u00f5es rochosas deslumbrantes. Sob uma ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o colorida, a gruta assemelhava-se a um pa\u00eds de fadas on\u00edrico - as m\u00e1quinas fotogr\u00e1ficas faziam cliques e o ar enchia-se de admira\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 tarde, a excita\u00e7\u00e3o aumentou com uma aventura de rafting em bambu na ribeira de Tianmu. \u00c0 medida que as jangadas flutuavam rio abaixo, os salpicos encharcavam as roupas e as gargalhadas ecoavam na \u00e1gua. On the final morning, the group visited Shen\u2019ao Ancient Village, wandering down cobbled paths and past grey-tiled houses that carried the weight of history. In this peaceful setting, team members slowed down, reflected, and found inspiration in the enduring craftsmanship and values that echo Derateck\u2019s own development philosophy.<\/p>\n

As night fell, the trip reached its emotional high point: a bonfire party. Under the starlit sky, flames lit up smiling faces as everyone gathered hand-in-hand to dance in circles, sing songs, and celebrate in the warm glow of the fire. Joyful laughter rang out again and again, as this \u201cbonfire celebration\u201d marked not only the end of a beautiful journey, but also the deepening of bonds within the Derateck family.<\/p>\n
