To strengthen customer collaboration and help Derateck clients master the core technologies of sheet metal equipment, Derateck cordially invites customer representatives to attend the 4th Annual Sheet Metal Equipment Training in 2025. This training will be held at Derateck’s Shanghai Factory. Through structured courses and hands-on practice, we aim to usher in a new era of intelligent manufacturing together with our clients. Over three days, with nine intensive sessions, participants will progress from foundational knowledge to advanced skills, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the theory and practical operation of CNC sheet metal equipment.

Experience on-site tours of Derateck’s Shanghai and Taicang factories to observe the entire production process, from raw material preparation to final assembly. • CNC 프레스 브레이크 교육:

이 모듈에는 이론 교육, 시스템 작동 및 실습이 포함됩니다. 참가자는 체계적인 지식 기반을 구축하고, 일반적인 벤딩 문제와 해결책을 분석하며, 벤딩 프로그램을 만드는 방법을 배웁니다. 현장 지도에서는 올바른 도구 선택, 벤딩 각도 및 속도 설정 등과 같은 주제를 다룹니다. 이 교육을 통해 참가자는 CNC 장비의 작동 로직과 실제 적용 방법을 완전히 이해할 수 있습니다.

Delivered by Derateck’s international after-sales team and technical experts, this course provides in-depth instruction on CNC programming languages and rules. It also covers common equipment faults, their causes, and preventive measures. Participants will gain expertise in solving technical challenges related to programming and equipment maintenance.
