Since its establishment in 2016, Derateck Machine Tool (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has garnered widespread acclaim in the industry for its integrated intelligent “single machine—unit—production line manufacturing solutions.

Derateck Technology Center actively develops new products and technologies, expands production scale, and forms intelligent equipment products or technologies with independent intellectual property rights through the introduction of outstanding talents, independent research and development, acquisition of advanced equipment, and collaboration with industry and academia. This has enhanced product performance advantages and kept product technology at the leading level in the same industry, opening up a new chapter in the CNC sheet metal machinery industry.

Derateck’s R&D team is composed of a group of industry veteran engineers, technical experts, and cross-disciplinary innovative talents, with over 20 members holding the title of senior engineer or above. The core members of the team have long been engaged in the design and manufacturing research of machine tools, possessing good scientific research innovation capabilities and a spirit of collaboration. They have accumulated rich research experience in practice, covering fields such as mechanics, electrical, and computer software, and are able to quickly respond to customer needs, providing customized solutions.

3. Reforço da gestão da informação

In 2023, Derateck successfully launched the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) System, standardizing the R&D process, shortening the R&D cycle, and improving work efficiency.

 

4. As normas conduzem à inovação

The company’s management places great emphasis on standardization work, leading innovation with standards. Currently, the company has participated in drafting and publishing a total of 3 national standards, 5 industry standards, and 3 group standards. In 2020, it was awarded the Jiangsu Province Strategic Emerging Industry and Service Industry Standardization Pilot Project, titled “High-end Sheet Metal CNC Machine Tool Strategic Emerging Industry Standardization Pilot.” The company actively participates in the work of the Standardization Committee. In 2023, the National Forging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee approved the establishment of the “Green Low-Carbon Bending Equipment Working Group (SAC/TC220/WG15),” with Derateck serving as the secretariat unit.

A direção da empresa valoriza muito o trabalho de propriedade intelectual. Em outubro de 2024, a empresa tinha 220 patentes autorizadas, incluindo 10 patentes de invenção, e solicitou 1 patente PCT internacional, com 17 certificados de direitos de autor de software. A empresa passou quatro grandes certificações de sistema, incluindo a Certificação do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade ISO9000, a Certificação do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental ISO14001, a Certificação do Sistema de Gestão de Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional ISO45001 e a Certificação do Sistema de Gestão da Propriedade Intelectual, promovendo o desenvolvimento saudável e estável da empresa com um sistema de gestão abrangente.

In 2020, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a document, approving Derateck Machine Tool to undertake the “2020 Jiangsu Province High-end Sheet Metal CNC Machine Tool Strategic Emerging Industry Standardization Pilot Project”; in December 2020, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission recognized Derateck Machine Tool’s R&D institution as the “Jiangsu Province Intelligent Flexible Sheet Metal Equipment Engineering Research Center”; in 2021, the company’s R&D center obtained the “Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center” qualification and was again recognized as a national high-tech enterprise; in 2022, it was awarded as a leading service organization in intelligent manufacturing in Jiangsu Province and was recognized as a specialized, refined, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province; in 2023, it was awarded as “Suzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Outstanding Service Provider,” “Suzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Sub-scenario Service Provider,” “Jiangsu Four-Star Cloud Enterprise,” “Jiangsu Pure Electric Intelligent Sheet Metal Bending Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center,” “Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou First Set of Major Equipment”; in 2024, it was honored with the “CCMT2024 Spring Swallow Award” by the China Machine Tool & Tool Industry Association and other titles.
