United in Spirit, Together in Nature | Derateck’s 2025 Summer Team-Building Trip and Outstanding Employee Awards Ceremony Conclude Successfully!

To enrich employees’ lives and strengthen team cohesion, Derateck organized a three-day team-building trip to Tonglu from July 5 to July 7. With the theme “United in Spirit, Together in Nature,” the event took all staff members away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the breathtaking landscapes of Tonglu. There, they experienced the wonders of nature while embracing the spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Beyond rest and recreation, the journey also served as a meaningful occasion for deepening team culture and mutual connection.

 

1일차 산으로 떠나는 여행 - 아름다운 여정의 시작

오전에 타이창에서 출발한 그룹은 첫 번째 목적지로 향했습니다: 퉁루 준산에 있는 춘장 항해 풍경구. 도시 풍경이 점차 푸른 언덕으로 바뀌고 분위기가 더욱 편안하고 즐거워지면서 웃음과 대화가 여행길을 가득 채웠습니다.

 

오후에는 모두가 보트를 타고 봄의 강이 주는 시적인 아름다움을 경험했습니다. 아름다운 산과 유유히 흐르는 강물에 둘러싸인 팀원들은 자연의 평온함에 완전히 빠져들었습니다. 그날 저녁에는 통루의 한 호텔에 체크인하여 다음 날의 흥미진진한 일정을 위해 휴식을 취하고 재충전을 했습니다.

2일차: 숲 속으로 - 팀워크 강화하기

둘째 날은 몸과 마음에 상쾌한 경험을 선사하는 다양한 액티비티로 가득했습니다.

 

오전에는 다치산 국립 삼림공원을 탐험하며 푸른 숲길을 평화롭게 산책했습니다. 신선한 공기를 마시고 속도를 늦추며 모두가 평온함과 자연과의 교감을 느꼈습니다. 다음으로는 멋진 기암괴석으로 가득한 카르스트 동굴인 야오린 원더랜드를 방문했습니다. 화려한 조명 아래 동굴은 마치 꿈속의 동화 속 나라를 연상시켰고, 카메라 셔터 소리가 끊이지 않았으며 경외감이 공중에 가득했습니다.

 

오후에는 천무강에서 대나무 래프팅을 즐기며 흥을 돋웠습니다. 뗏목이 하류로 떠내려가면서 옷이 흠뻑 젖고 웃음소리가 물 위로 울려 퍼졌습니다. 이 '수상 챌린지'는 팀워크와 상호 지원이 필요했고, 소통과 협력, 신뢰를 시험하는 재미있고 활기찬 시간이었습니다. 팀원들 간의 유대감은 기쁨과 노력을 함께 나누며 더욱 강해졌습니다.

3일차: 유산 수용 - 팀 정신에 불을 붙이기

On the final morning, the group visited Shen’ao Ancient Village, wandering down cobbled paths and past grey-tiled houses that carried the weight of history. In this peaceful setting, team members slowed down, reflected, and found inspiration in the enduring craftsmanship and values that echo Derateck’s own development philosophy.

 

As night fell, the trip reached its emotional high point: a bonfire party. Under the starlit sky, flames lit up smiling faces as everyone gathered hand-in-hand to dance in circles, sing songs, and celebrate in the warm glow of the fire. Joyful laughter rang out again and again, as this “bonfire celebration” marked not only the end of a beautiful journey, but also the deepening of bonds within the Derateck family.

Among the awardees were technical experts on the front lines and unsung heroes behind the scenes — each of them embodying Derateck’s values of professionalism, initiative, and responsibility. The applause was thunderous — a salute to these role models, and an encouragement to every hardworking individual at Derateck.

 

This honor belongs not only to the recipients, but to the entire team. Through this recognition, Derateck’s culture of appreciation was further solidified, team values were reinforced, and every employee was inspired to shine in their own role.
