Suzhou Derateck Laser Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2020, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Derateck Machine Tools (Suzhou) Corp., Ltd. Located in Suzhou—one of China’s most robust manufacturing hubs—the company operates a modern manufacturing facility covering approximately 20,000 square meters. It focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of laser cutting equipment, providing customers with efficient, reliable, and intelligent laser processing solutions. The commissioning of the Phase V plant is a key achievement in Derateck’ continued investment in its laser business and represents the second expansion and upgrade of Derateck Laser.
Leveraging years of technological accumulation and industrial advantages, Derateck Laser continues to deepen its expertise in the laser cutting field while continuously enriching its product portfolio. Its main products include sheet metal fiber laser cutting machines, tube laser cutting machines, three-dimensional material storage systems, automated loading and unloading flexible cutting cells, and coil-fed laser production lines. These solutions are widely used in industries such as sheet metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing, automotive components, and construction machinery, helping customers improve quality, efficiency, and intelligent manufacturing capabilities. With the launch of the Phase V plant, Derateck Laser has further enhanced its delivery capacity, enabling it to provide more efficient, stable, and intelligent laser processing solutions.
In terms of technological innovation and standardized development, Suzhou Derateck Laser Technology Co., Ltd. remains at the forefront of the industry. The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Jiangsu Province Three-Star Cloud Enterprise. It is also a member of the Laser and Additive Manufacturing Branch of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Innovation Corridor Laser Industry Alliance, and the National Technical Committee for Optical Radiation Safety and Laser Equipment Standardization (TC284/SC1).

In terms of product quality and international market access, the company’s fiber laser cutting machines have obtained both European CE certification and U.S. FDA certification, fully demonstrating international recognition of their safety, reliability, and performance.
