
To further enhance technical exchange and strengthen its customer service system, Derateck successfully held the 9th Customer Sheet Metal Equipment Training of 2025 last week. The three-day program focused on both theoretical and hands-on training related to CNC press brakes and control systems. Customer representatives from across China gathered at Derateck to deepen their understanding of equipment application in real production environments, laying a solid foundation for more efficient operations in the future.

On the first day, customers were given a guided tour of Derateck’s production workshops and assembly lines, gaining a clearer understanding of the company’s manufacturing capabilities, product systems, and quality standards. This was followed by a theoretical course on CNC press brakes delivered by Derateck’s technical engineers. The session provided in-depth explanations of machine structure, working principles, and basic programming—laying the groundwork for the practical training that followed.
The second day focused on systematic learning and hands-on practice. Derateck’s technical team provided a detailed overview of the CNC control system architecture and its logic of operation. Supported by the after-sales and marketing teams, participants received step-by-step guidance during actual operation sessions, helping them become familiar with the interface, master the operating procedures, and troubleshoot common issues. With one-on-one support from technicians and repeated practice, customers significantly boosted their confidence and operational proficiency.

On the final day, a targeted assessment was organized to evaluate the trainees’ progress. Each participant completed both a written theory test and an on-site operational exam, simulating real-world production conditions to validate their learning outcomes. After the assessment, Mr. Lixin Wang, Chairman of Derateck, personally awarded certificates of completion to all participants, encouraging them to apply their new knowledge in daily operations to continuously improve production efficiency and product quality.
To enrich the training experience, Derateck also arranged light recreational activities such as billiards, table tennis, and bowling, creating a relaxed atmosphere for informal exchanges and strengthening bonds among participants.
